Day 1: Arrive at Marrakesh

In your first day of the MARRAKECH TO CHEFCHAOUEN TOUR with Wow Morocco tours, your tour will start depending on the time of your arrival, you will explore some interesting sites in. If you arrive a little early, you will explore the famous Jamaa Elfna Square which full of all types of entertainers like Storytellers, jugglers, acrobats, snake charmers and more. Then, you will head to your hotel/Riad where you will spend the night.

Day 2: Marrakesh (city tour)

After breakfast in the riad, you will start exploring “The reddish city from which Morocco got its name in French or other languages” Marrakesh. Our team will make sure that you see the most important sites of historical and cultural interest, including the Majorelle Gardens, the Koutoubia Tower, the Saadian tombs, the Bahia Palace. After lunch at a restaurant near the Jamaa El Fna square, you will walk through the souks (local markets) and view hundreds of handicrafts. In the Afternoon, you will have some free time to explore the other parts of the city by yourself.

Day 3: Marrakesh – Ouarzazate

The next morning of the Marrakech to Chefchaouen Tour, our transport will pick you up from your Riad Just after breakfast, and you will head to the High Atlas crossing the beautiful pass of Tizi N Tichka and you will have some stops along the way to enjoy the panoramic view you will encounter along every part of the road especially some small Berber villages scattered all over the place.

And you will continue to the south by visiting the Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah which was declared World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1987. Next you will have some free time for lunch in the village. After that, you will continue to Ouarzazate also known as “The gate of the desert” you will visit the Taourirt Kasbah, one of the most spectacular Kasbahs in Morocco.

You will, then, continue to visit the Rose Valley which is stretching along the big Skoura Palm Tree Oasis ; a beautiful place to experience some of the adventures you may have read about in Bowles’ the sheltering Sky especially the thousands of palm trees and many Kasbahs spread along the road. You can also enjoy rose products especially for cosmetics. The Rose Festival is held here (in Kalaat Mgouna) annually , it is an important moussem for Moroccan culture. Finally, you reach the Dades valley where you´ll spend the night.

Day 4: Dades Valley – Merzouga (Sahara)

After breakfast the following morning, you will be taken to a  small hill from which you can enjoy the panoramic view of the Dades Valley, from this particular place you will see the whole Kasbahs in the region and explore the characteristics of each one. After that, you will head towards Tinghir and Gorge Toudra to enjoy the view of a fantastic cliffs as you have never seen them else where and head to the heart of the desert.

On the road you will have many stops to enjoy every aspect of the nature of the region and you will stop in Tinjdad and Torog to have lunch in one of them depending on time. After lunch you will continue your way to Merzouga. When you arrive to Merzouga, you will be greeted by camels who will take you on a trekking excursion for one hour to the nomad camp where you will spend a night in the middle of the desert, and you will enjoy an exotic dinner under sky decorated with marvelous stars.

Day 5: Sahara Desert to Fes

In the following morning of the Marrakech to Chefchaouen tour, you will wake up early to enjoy the sunrise from above the dunes and After breakfast, you will head back to the north of Morocco. you will then start you journey to the north through the Tafillal palm Tree Oasis, which is one of the biggest in the world. You´ll see thousands of palm trees along the 20km and more along the road.  This way leads us to the Ziz valley, which is a river that comes down from the high Atlas and feeds the palm trees. Here you will make a stop and from a high spot, you will enjoy a magnificent view of the valley.

You will make another stop in Midelt, just in the heart of the Atlas where you´ll have free time for lunch and rest for a while. In the afternoon we continue our way through the Cedar Woods where, if we are lucky, we´ll see some monkeys. The next place you´ll visit is the city of Ifran or the Moroccan Switzerland, and by evening we will be in Fes.

Day 6: Fes (City Tour) -Chefchaoun

The next morning of the Marrakech to Chefchaouen tour, you will have breakfast in your riad and start by exploring one the oldest cities in Morocco, walking in its alleys and small streets. your visit start with the Royal Palace gate, then the first Mellah ever built in Morocco (an ancient Jewish headquarters which was built during the 16th century).
